Peter, if I¡¯m a 11 in the Nike Air Max 1 Pas Cher GoBionic Prana with a comfortable fit and an 11 in the Go Run 2 with a slightly snug fit through the instep, what would you recommend on the 4.0 Flyknit? Shoeftr tells me a 12, but I¡¯m thinking that¡¯s way too big. Thanks for your reviews, as always.2) MT00. This shoe took minimalist a little too far. The nylon moccasin with bubbles on the bottom went overboard for a trail shoe. I seldom found trails that were smooth enough to run comfortably in this shoe that I wouldn¡¯t rather just run barefoot on. I would have liked a bit more structure.However i my search for www.paschermaxfree.com a shoe with a bit more underfoot for my really long runs i decided to get Kinvara 5 and The One2. I kinda like the fit of both shoe but never really get to love them as running shoes (Not yet atleast).I am switching back to my Air Peg 31 and Flyknit 4.0 to do some comparison runs. I did a hill/pace run in the 31¡¯s the other day and I swear they felt lighter on my foot than either of the Hokas.I thought the opposite. I¡¯m usually a 10/10.5 but decided on the 10.5 from the fitting chart and they looked like they¡¯d be nice and snug out of the box. But they just form fitted to my foot with minimal stretch and have been the comfiest shoes I¡¯ve even run in. I¡¯d recomend getting Nike Air Max 1 Pas Cher a snug fit as a slightly loose fit may lead to your foot slipping back in the heal (as I found out trying on the 11¡¯s).You can more easily forefoot strike in a Hoka simply because you can! There is enough cushioning that you can do it without beating your feet to death. Regarding the ¡°energy loss¡± felt by some, my opinion is that they haven¡¯t spent enough time to re-tune their nervous system to the extra cushioning. It¡¯s difficult to imagine that the extra cushioning Nike Air Max 90 Pas Cher causes significant energy loss. Running is an inherently low-efficiency behavior.
