If the abrasion is uneven, it can cause the imbalance of stirrer. Sometimes because the materials bonding on the stirrer or tank wall fail to be cleaned-up timely, the stirring resistance increases greatly, causing mechanical vibration and noise. The operators and maintenance personnel should maintain and examine the equipment regularly to improve the working condition of pouring stirring and avoid mechanical failure.
